I arranged moving and packing services for my mother who is moving from her home to a retirement centre. I was very nervous as I was not going to be on site and did everything remotely. The pick up an packing was very smooth and the delivery was pre arranged days in advance. Kingsway was able to store the items for a few days at no extra cost and even accommodated a delivery time in between the hours requested by the nursing home to accommodate lunch hours. A very long distance move!
Hired Kingsway Van Lines to perform a move from Montreal to Seattle WA. We were already in WA and arranged for my brother to be on site to open the door for the movers. The sales rep that we worked with took great care in ensuring that the inventory was accurate, and the quote prepared was not much different from the final price. We did purchase mattress nylon covers which the crew brought and had also packed a few loose items for us. The sales rep was also very helpful with customs clearance and that was a rather smooth process. I didn’t expect for such an easy process, but we were impressed. -

Great Customer Service!
Recently moved from Halifax, NS to Oakville, ON. We had a very large move and there were a few factors to consider including 2 pick up locations, packing and some storage. A trailer was not able to fit on our street, so we had to arrange for a shuttle truck. They called an extra crew and had to move everything to ensure that we could leave our sold house on time. Once in Ontario the stuff arrived, we were happy to hear that they could offer a delivery on the weekend. The price was fair and the best part that we like is that we could always reach the sales staff who was very responsive. -
